Fat update...

Ok today was weigh day...

1 pound lost this week and to be honest I a little gutted. I know it is better than staying the same or putting on... just....wanted to lose more.

Oh well, next week has started!

total loss so far 1 stone 9 pounds.

BMI down by 6.4 points.

  1. This reminds me to tell you not to get disheartened if you don't seem to lose as much as you expect. You are also building muscle while losing fat and the truth of it is that muscle actually weighs more than an equivalent amount of fat. So you may be changing the composition of your body (which is probably why it's better to focus on the BMI). Unfortunately due to a deficiency I cannot develop muscles and so that is why I must imitate a lightpole.
